Electric Smokers Application:
This electric smokers is widely used for make the smoked turkey,sausage,ham,bacon,fish,chicken,etc and other kinds of meat food.
Electric Smokers Features:
(1) The main meat smoker process is doing in the smokehouse and the upper part is equipped with an electric fan. The electric motor is equipped with high speed and low speed rotation so that the heat of the coil heater and the low pressure steam are forced circulating in the electric smokers. It also can controlling the amount of smoke and temperature uniform. A temperature sensor is installed in the smokehouse for automatic detection of cooking, drying and smoking temperatures.
(2) The smoking device is an external smokehouse which is controlled by the ignition button on the electric control box. The sawing foam is slowly burned to make the heat and smokes which is sucked into the main machine by the fan to smoke the cooked food.
● This smokehouse has the functions of electric heating hot air (drying or baking), smoke, and exhaust.
● It adopts double-layer stainless steel structure, and the super-thick interlayer is filled with thermal insulation material to reduce energy consumption.
●All process parameters (time, temperature, etc.) are fully controlled by the electrical control panel to ensure accuracy.
●When the machine runs faulty and has an automatic alarm function when the work is completed or the machine is faulty.
● There are two temperature detection probes.
